The art of loving yourself means to accept yourself as you are and to come to terms with those aspects of yourself that you cannot change. To begin to love yourself you must work on your personal growth and development. You must work on becoming the best you.
During this 5-week group session, we will cover the five things you can do immediately to invest in yourself and your well being. You will walk away with actionable tips and strategies to start you on your journey of self-love and self-acceptance.
